The Farm Report


There was a time when almost every radio station in the United States had a farm reporter. 5:30 in the morning, in what seemed like an endless dissertation of futures, figures and news about hogs. Yea, I even worked at a few of em.

Bill McReynold’s delivered the farm report for over a half a century on WOAI-AM, San Antonio. The man was a legend. Bill passed away at the ripe-old-age 93.
